Had 5pm Strength training stuff like straight leg dead lifts, hip bridges, sit-ups, the ab roller, stair master......then when I thought everything was over I had to attend Fit camp with my trainer Bianca, we ran and did abs with dumb bell flys. We ran again, and did lunges with planks, we ran and did torso twist with wall sits! Man I was certainly pushed today. By the way loving this new forum on dpoe where I can yet again post my meals and workouts daily
